Before the work day ends, I am going to walk straight over to Jane and talk to her. I’m looking at it like I have no choice in the matter. If I don’t talk to Jane today, you can let me have it.

don’t buy her anything , it would be a bit creepy just talk to her. you can get something like a chocolet bar (something easily divisable) and offer her a piece but let her break off the piece herself. or just talk to her.
by the way post more blogs I find reading them very entertaining not so much your misery but more that your very narrative and good at telling stories

Could you make a post about how you arrive at your isolation score and what the scale and or range is? I assumed it was on a scale from 1 to 10 and thought we were dealing with the real number system until you posted your infinity score. Now, I am afraid you will post irrational numbers and leave me terribly confused.
Another thought, if your scale has a low of negative infinity and a high of positive infinity, maybe your scores of 10 aren’t really that bad?
